BASUKI PRATAMA ENGINEERING open recruitmen for position as GA manager, URGENTLY REQUIRED A national engineering and manufacturing company which produced a wide range of products and services, i e : boilers, thermal oil heaters, dust collectors and other metal working production and services is looking for qualified person to fill the position of :

HR & GA Manager/Manajer Personalia & Umum

Jakarta Timur

The Qualifications are:

1. S1 in Law / Management / Psychology.
2. Min 10 years of related experience.
3. Excellent understanding & proven accomplishment in the following HR areas: Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, retention and strong knowledge of the Indonesian labor regulation.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse people.
5. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
6. Positive mind set, highly motivated with strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for all HR activities (recruiting, training and development).
2. Responsible for all General Affair role relating to labor affair, legal requirement, hostel and environment.
3. Responsible for payroll, Jamsostek payment and report, tax report (pph 21) and other activities relating to remuneration, compensation and benefit.
