SENIOR SECRETARY/GENERAL ADMIN
General Requirement :
- FEMALE, 25 - 35 years old
- Minimum D3/S1 in secretary or administration background
- Admin/Secretary/Personal Assistant/Project Admin
- Have good personalities and good appearance
- Smart, responsible and able to work under pressure .
- Communicative, Good Attitude, have a sense of belonging and willing to work extra hours.
- Single is preferable
- Preferable domicile around West Jakarta or Central Jakarta (our Office behind Gajah Mada Plaza)
Specific Requirement :
- Experience in the same position at least 3 years
- Have skill in correspondence (provide letters concept and finalize those concepts)
- Fluent in English (active)
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, Excel, calculation and Power point is mandatory.
- Good knowledge in Filing system
