RESEARCH & INSIGHT MANAGER (code: RIM)

JAKARTA

Responsibilities:

1. Continuous analysis of consumer, customer and market trends to identify and recommend new business opportunities to Management team
2. Increase the focus and yield of marketing investment via supporting the strategic planning and decision making process through actionable understanding of consumer needs
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of major marketing investment/ key marketing decisions in quantifiable business performance terms
4. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of consumer, customer and CORA research projects based on key user requirements, ORACLE guidelines and information needs
5. Coordinate primary market research and analysis, ensuring that research partners develop an appropriate, cost-effective and high quality work
6. Track behavior of consumer and customer segments, providing actionable and meaningful insights into segment definition, pricing, product development and development of brand and trade strategies (eg. through GCS/ tracker and retail audit)
7. Develop and implement appropriate training to marketing research area and relevant parts of the organization
8. Correct application and compliance of relevant ORACLE methodologies, systems and protocols
9. Ensure that Marketing Research area is motivated to develop and provide actionable insights and effectively coordinate the marketing research processes
10. Propose goals and KPIs for marketing research efforts and track ongoing results
11. Manage budget for marketing research initiatives to ensure synergy, objectivity, and prioritization of spend
12. Coordinate development of new research methodologies, analytical and segmentation techniques
