Requirements:
- Bachelor/Degree in labour laws
- Strong and practical knowledge of labour laws
- Minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager of a Manufacturing
- Company having labour union and minimum 500 employees
- Minimum 5 years experience in successful negotiations with
- Labour Union and on Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB)
- Have good communication skill, can work as team an d under pressure
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of English language is added advantage
